Heart of Cole Employee Giving Club

Heart of Cole represents the employees of Charles Cole Memorial Hospital working together for the future of health care in our communities, for our families, our friends, and our neighbors. Heart of Cole is a club organized and run by the employees to support each other and the hospital’s future. The giving club consists of three committees:

Humanitarian Committee: The Humanitarian Committee provides monetary assistance to hospital employees in their time of greatest need. Employees suffering personal loss due to natural disaster, injury, extended illness or death of a loved one are offered support through the generous donations of their fellow employees.

Projects Committee: The Projects Committee provides monetary assistance for designated projects chosen by committee members. The projects are broad reaching and serve the purpose of enriching the lives of our employees, patients, and their families. Through the generous donations of our employees, we have funded projects including the new computer lab, our community walk fit trail at the Wellness Center, and our Christmas project to brighten our campus for our patients and employees during the holiday season.

Community Connections Committee: The Community Connections Committee provides monetary and in-kind assistance for community outreach projects, services, educational programs, or other venues to promote health and well being throughout our region. Funding is used for projects that foster lasting positive changes in the lives of those in our surrounding communities including health fairs, health screenings, and educational programs.
