Here are the ways to support Charles Cole Memorial Hospital's Annual Appeal.
Become a "Friend of Cole" with your annual gift of $100 or above (Bronze $100-$249, Silver $250-$499, or Platinum $750-$999)
Become a "Cornerstone Member" with your gift of $10,000 or more (you can become a Cornerstone Member with a minimum pledge of $1,000 over a 10 year period)
