Family Fitness Challenge

Boot Camp
(Available in Coudersport and Emporium)

• Enjoy fitness in a new, fun way.  Boot Camp is for all levels of fitness and includes strength training, kickboxing, step aerobics, walking, stretching, ball exercise.  You will not be searching for variety in this class!

Yoga
(Available in Coudersport)

• Instructor: Crystal Morales, YogaFit trained
• Treat yourself to an hour of feel-good stretching, breathing exercises and relaxation.  Classes also preview Pilates exercises.  Yoga is exercise for everybody and every BODY.  If you can breath, you can do yoga.
• 12 one-hour sessions
• $68 for all 12 sessions or, if space is available, $8.50 per class

Yoga/Pilates Fusion
(Available in Coudersport)

• Instructor: Crystal Morales, YogaFit and NETA trained
• Featuring Monday night Pilates to strengthen, lengthen and tone your muscles and Thursday night Yoga to stretch, breath and relax.
• 12 one-hour sessions (2 sessions per week for 6 weeks)
• $68 for all 12 sessions or, if space is available, $8.50 per class

Yoga Stretch

SilverSneakers® Exercise Class

• SilverSneakers® is the nation’s leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults

Come & Play
(Available in Coudersport)

• Instructor: Crystal Morales
• Come & Play offers a chance for your child to exercise, play with other children, hear a story, make a craft, sing songs and play games.  Each month hosts different themes from sea life to sharing to ABCs.
• Parents of children age 3 and up may accompany their children, work out or take an hour for themselves (children under 3 must be accompanied by a parent)
• 2 one-hour sessions per week (September-May)
• $3 per child, per session

Pool Classes
(Available in Coudersport)

• Instructor: Donna Thomas, certified personal trainer
• Pool classes are a great for anyone who cannot tolerate impact exercise and/or have conditions such as arthritis, etc.
