Conveniently located at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital in Coudersport and on Route 417 in Olean, NY.

 In Coudersport, take the hospital’s west entrance and take the second right into the upper parking lot. In Olean, take West State Street/Route 417 toward Allegany. Champion Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is located at 3132 Route 417, next to Olean Physical Therapy.
