Charles Cole Memorial Hospital, located in north central Pennsylvania, provides big city quality with hometown care. A critical access hospital providing top care for our region, CCMH includes 24-hour emergency care; 25-bed acute care (medical/surgical, obstetrics and gynecology, intensive care); inpatient geriatric behavioral health; skilled nursing facility (long term care); inpatient rehabilitation unit; surgical services; home health and hospice; cancer care; and rehabilitation services including physical, occupational and speech therapies. Our hospital boasts state-of-the-art medical technology, facilities and equipment with highly trained medical providers and staff to meet the health care needs of our region. In addition to the main hospital campus, located in Coudersport, Charles Cole provides health care to surrounding communities at local health centers that include medical providers, laboratory and x-ray services, physical therapy, and wellness centers. Our health centers are located in Galeton, Ulysses, Westfield, Shinglehouse, Port Allegany, Eldred, Smethport, and Emporium. Our orthopedic and sports medicine specialties also reach into New York state, providing highly specialized services in Olean. The Patterson Cancer Care Center provides the very best cancer care treatment and therapy in a serene and healing setting. Charles Cole also offers the only Vision Independence program in the area, helping patients with permanent vision impairments maintain their quality of life.
