Attention Cole Memorial Patients with Today's Options
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Cole Memorial will no longer be participating with Today’s Options effective January 1, 2013.
Any patients currently enrolled with Today’s Options that wish to continue using Cole Memorial providers and services will need to either enroll with traditional Medicare prior to December 8, 2012 or select a different Medicare Advantage Plan that participates with Cole Memorial.
