CCMH Earns Top Survey Scores

Charles Cole Memorial Hospital received its most recent inpatient satisfaction report in which the hospital earned top scores. According to the survey results, CCMH ranked in the top 4 percent among hospitals in Pennsylvania and in the top 6 percent in the U.S.
“We are proud to be among the top hospitals in the nation. We achieved this remarkable achievement because of our dedicated staff who provide outstanding care and service to our patients and their families day in and day out,” said Patrice Levavasseur, executive director, patient and community relations.
Additionally, the hospital scored well in sections regarding admissions/discharge, nurses, physicians, rooms, tests and treatments, visitors and family, and personal issues.
