November 2 Prime Time Health Program with our clinical dietician Amanda Montoya starting at 12 at the Galeton Senior Center.
November 5 - Oswayo Valley Memorial Library and CCMH will hold a comprehensive blood analysis and a flu clinic from 7 to 10 a.m., at the Oswayo Valley Elementary School in Shinglehouse
Appointments are required and can be made here or by calling CCMH’s centralized scheduling at 274-8200 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
November 7- Flu Clinic will be held at the Wellness Center from 4p-7p.

November 16 - Free Mammograms will be offered for uninsured / underinsured women 40 and over at CCMH’s Women’s Health Center. The screenings are funded by the Twin Tiers Affiliate Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Call 274-8200 to schedule your mammogram.
November 17- November is National Diabetes Awareness Month. Charles Cole Memorial Hospital’s Diabetic Education Department is sponsoring a no-cost health fair for diabetics on November 17th from 9-12 in the IMAC Link. The event will include a variety of health screenings, diabetic resources, nutritional information and more.

November 19 - Dr. David Moylan will provide free skin and oral cancer screenings from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital’s Patterson Cancer Care Center. A light breakfast will be served. Call 274-8200 for an appointment.
