Homemaker
Will be required to perform light housekeeping in clients homes; assist clients with personal care including full, partial or bed bath; assist with food preparation including planning and shopping. May assist clients in other duties, as assigned or required Department: Homemakers Shift: As scheduled Status: Perdiem/Call-in Required: Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid drivers license and vehicle availability during scheduled working hours are required. May be required to make home visits in any of the surrounding communities. Healthcare Access Associate
Responsibilities include registering patients for hospital-based services in an efficient accurate manner and operating a multiple line switchboard. Department: Healthcare Access Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd Status: Call-in Required: Candidates must be high school graduates or equivalent. Computer experience is required with a typing speed of 40 wpm.
Office Manager
The Office Manager will be responsible for the supervision of the staff and administering, planning, and coordinating all clerical, medical, and administrative office activities. The manager will collaborate with the Physician Practice Office in monitoring daily operations in the office and coordinating the work activities and schedules ensuring a positive customer service atmosphere and efficient operations of the office activities.
Department: Charles Cole Medical Group Shift: As scheduled Status: Full time Required: Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with five years experience working in a physician practice, or advanced education/coursework focusing on medical office management. Candidates must have at least two years supervision experience in a medical office environment. The successful candidate must have strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written commun Preferred: Experience in a multi-provider practice is preferred.
