Candidate must be a proven health care professional who can effectively manage the Charles Cole Medical Group and the individual clinical practice operations with a particular focus on excellent care and service to patients. Rooted with a clinical background, successful applicants will demonstrate leadership competencies, operations management experience, problem solving and project management skills as well as a relentless commitment to quality.
