Director of Emergency Servcies
The ED Director assumes responsibility for the daily functional operation and delivery of patient/customer focused quality care, staff development and continuous quality improvement activities as well as promoting patient, employee and physician satisfaction and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
The ED Director will provide clinical and operational leadership to the emergency department including strategic planning and implementation, budgeting, coordinating a Level IV trauma program/certification, maintenance of Emergency Department electronic medical record, etc.

Status: Full time
Required: The qualified candidate must have a current PA RN license, BSN in nursing preferred with a minimum of 3 years nursing experience in the ED, ICU or on Med/Surg required. Previous ED management and trauma experience preferred with strong leadership skills and critical thinking skills required. ACLS and ATLS certifications required within 180 days of the awarded bid.
OB Nurse Manager
Will be directly responsible for daily functional operation of the Obstetric Unit, delivery of patient/customer focused quality care, staff development and continuous quality improvement activities. Involves combined clinical and managerial responsibilities.
Required: Candidate must have a current PA RN license, BSN preferred. Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills are required. Prior experience in OB/Labor & Delivery/Nursery required. NRP certification preferred or must obtain within 180 days of awarded bid.
Preferred: Previous management experience preferred.
