REGISTERED NURSE A full time Registered Nurse position exists in our Home Health Department. Candidates must have a current Pennsylvania Nursing license. Candidates must have a current Pennsylvania Nursing license. Prior ICU/CCU experience preferred. ACLS and PALS certification required. Candidates must have a current PA RN nursing license. A Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Must be ACLS and PALS certified. CPI preferred. A minimum of three years combined clinical/managerial experience is required. Must have strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills. Will be directly responsible for daily functional operation of the Emergency Department/Intensive Care Unit, delivery of patient/customer focused quality care, staff development and continuous quality improvement activities. Involves functioning in a combined clinical/managerial capacity. Candidates must have a current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle availability during scheduled working and on-call hours. At least two years of med/surg experience required. Hospice experience necessary. Responsible for the professional nursing care and personal care of patients considered for or under service by the Department of Hospice. The Hospice Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, documenting and evaluating care and care-related activities in accordance with Hospital and departmental policies. Must possess demonstrated leadership abilities, integrity, organizational skills, emotional maturity and stability even under stressful situations.
