Charles
Cole Memorial Hospital and its Community Benefit Advisory Committees
are working with Oklahoma State University to conduct a community health needs assessment to help determine the
future healthcare needs of our communities. Phone surveys will be conducted January
31 - February 3 by a professional
polling group. If you are called, we would appreciate your time and
feedback.
